Partner pricing tiers
All plans are annual. Pricing applies to web hosting accounts. Tier upgrades apply retroactively to all renewals from the billing cycle following your upgrade.
Discounts apply across all plan types. A mix of Starter, Professional, and Business accounts all count toward your tier.

With reseller hosting, you pay for a fixed block of resources upfront whether you use it or not. With XECES agency hosting, you pay per account as you actually need them, with your rate improving automatically as your account count grows.
Yes. If you already manage five or more client sites elsewhere and are moving them to XECES, or you know you are about to grow quickly and do not want to wait, you can pay for multiple accounts upfront and get the discounted tier rate immediately. This is optional. Most partners simply add accounts as clients come in and let their rate improve naturally.
You are billed for the number of accounts in your upfront order, not for how many are actively in use. If you pay for five accounts on June 1st and only set up four, the fifth is reserved for you and renews on the same June 1st date whenever you do use it. This keeps your billing simple and your discount locked in from day one.
Each account runs on DirectAdmin, one of the most reliable and straightforward control panels available. Clients get their own login with full access to their files, databases, email accounts, and settings.
Yes. Your tier is based on the total number of accounts you manage, not the plan type. You can have a mix of Starter, Professional, and Business accounts and they all count toward your tier. The discount at each tier applies to whichever plan is being ordered or renewed.
There is no formal application. Your pricing is tied to the number of active accounts you manage with us, and it improves automatically as that number grows.
Every partner account gets priority support. Whether you handle client communication yourself or give your clients direct access to us, all requests tied to a partner account are treated as priority.
No contracts. All plans are annual and you renew on your own terms. If a client leaves, that account simply does not renew. Your tier adjusts based on your active account count at the time of renewal.
Yes. You can request an upgrade for any account at any time. We will calculate the prorated difference and invoice accordingly.
We handle the migration for you. Free migrations are included for all agency partner accounts. Just share your existing hosting details and we will take it from there.
